all i know is that i got a size small dress from someone on here, very cute... they said the small fit like an xs... that thing is sooo big! its def for a dog twice the size as pebbles if not a little more. if your baby is as small as mine (you got the same size in the love jumper as me so im guessing yes
) i'd def go with the xxs to be on the safe side
