I guess I will have to word this carefully.. has anyone ever had this experience?

I had been posting on another forum..and for some reason, several members told me that " we think you are so and so.. a banned member".

The proceeded to tell that Admin I was so and so..

Made me furious! It feels like I am a criminal or something! And the language was positively rude! Here at least at YT, we see very little of that.. I guess other boards are a lot less moderated..and those members get away with some pretty nasty conversations on that forum!

On this particular board the Admin seems to be part of allowing the nasty-ness to continue because they started the board!

Obviously, I am " outa here" on that board-- when I spoke to that Admin..they told me I was too sensitive--and I could just leave!. I am just amazed at the behaviour of some of the members--and what they get away with saying to other members.

There may be members here who can even guess which board this is.. but I know I can not say..

Just needed to vent.. I feel I was being attacked!And had no recourse..
