I understand yorkies vary in the amount of size and weight . I did not know there was such a difference . Now I am thinking Suzi is on the "big" side of the Yorkie spectrum . However, she is only going on 3 months. AND is at least 3.5 lbs. She is not fat, but, sems larger then most Yorkies? I need to quit , since she is healthy and active. Just curious?
Thanks
My Misty was 3#4 oz. at three months. At 4 months she was 5#1 oz. I don't know what she weighs now that she is 5 months, but I know she is going to be a bigger Yorkie. I planned it that way after the trouble I had with my 4# one. Vet said they would be healthier bigger. Begged me not to get a small one. Said I would be much happier with one that weighs at least 8 to 10 pounds. That is his opinion.
