My husband called PizzaHut one time to order some Buffalo wings. We drove to the restaurant to pick up after 20 mins. When we got there, they said they did not have our order. What the !!?? They rushed another order and didn't even apologize. We had to wait for another 20 mins.
Another time my husband went up to the restaurant (pizzahut) and tried to order something. A few employees were there chatting but not working. One told my husband that someone would be with him shortly, but after waiting for over 10 mins, he left the restaurant without even had his ordered placed.
