Thanx for the info ladies.

Today I was looking at some houses on the market in Phoenix and also Gilbert. What a difference a dollar makes from Southern Cali to Phoenix! I also checked the surrounding areas to see what is available and was happy to see a Three Dog Bakery not too far. I guess now my deciding factor would be my job transfer and how much they want to pay me.

Thanx again and any other info would be appreciated!
