We brought our Toto home in October, 2003 while we were working in Missouri so naturally we trained her to wee wee pads. She only weighed 1 1/2 lb. We too have a large fenced area at our home in Alabama but can't let her in there unattended because of predators. I have heard so many horror stories about them just swooping down and grabbing these little babies!! Pad training has just been wonderful for us and for her! We are in so many different places and are so particular about her being on the ground because she is so small. We are especially thankful for wee wee pads now that we are in Colorado!
