You can post your information in the Breeder Review section. You won't get in trouble as long as you have documentation of what your vet said (if the breeder says anything) and your observations. Once you go to the review section you will see many posts like yours...sad to say.

You are right, it is sad that the vet either didn't even bother to look at the dog or could care less.
