Sounds like you are going to have a very nice sized family. It's great that Odie is feeling so well, but not great that he wants to be so active and causing you concern. You are going to have so much fun with new furbaby, a girl at that. Fun, fun, fun. Yep, your kitty is big. We have a part Himalayan kitty that was determined to kill my Chipper when we first got him. I had to be very, very careful. Tall gates. To make the long story short---we went on vacation, she was very lonely, decided it was more fun to play with Chipper than try to kill him. They are best of friends now and play. I still watch and keep them separated when I am not home. Good luck as your family increases.
