I would definitely consider adopting a Lab out of his/her puppy stage if you already have yorkies. It's different when the Lab is already an adult or just coming into adulthood. ALL puppies are usually very playful and active and puppies just don't understand when another is too small for them to rough house you know? Unless someone on here has gotten a lab puppy introduced to a yorkie household. Eveyone I know and my own personal experience its the yorkie puppy being introduced into the Lab's home and they are just fine. But I know of several people who went and got a big breed puppy, tried to introduce it into their yorkie household and the yorkie ended up getting broken bones just from playing. |
