I have been wondering for awhile now why prescription medications are allowed to be sold on YT (heartworm in particular). I know you can get some brands from others countries over the counter and off brands in the US but the name brands in the US are only sold with prescriptions (as far as I know).
My container of Heartgard says, "Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian" as do most, if not all other prescription drugs...
So is it okay to sell prescriptions here?
Just wondering.
