Yes... I agree with Bizzymamabee
If the problem is her peeing on the bed, than you cant allow her on the bed until she learns that is bad behavior. If you continue to let her on the bed with no consiquence... it will only continue. When I had that prob with Meka, I ended up having to teach her that she's not allowed on my bed until I invite her...
Also, you mentioned that she will do it wether your home or not... If your pup has free run of the house, that probably wont help the situation either. Until they are trained, it seems like a bad idea.
