You need to stop letting her up on the bed. I suggest getting a good cleanser and steaming your bed. The unfortunate thing is that it's cottony fibers in there so the smell is trapped. Once they do it once and it's not cleaned properly enough they will continue. I also suggest getting a good water proof pad if you intend to continue to let her up on the bed.
