I have gotten some at Petsmart, but I can't find them anymore so I usually just get the little "Ouchless" kind from walmart, the tiniest ones there. They're not as stretchy as the grooming bands from Petsmart, but they still work. I just wrap them twice around Layla's hair (it's pretty thin though), and they're super cheap so it's no problem to just cut the elastic when it's time to take them out so you're not pulling and breaking the hair.
