I'm not trying to scare you, but I would go get a blood test. When I was pregnant with my first, I kept getting dizzy and was very nauseous throughout the day. My dr. did a urine test and it was negative. A couple weeks later, he did another one and it was negative. So, he sent me to a specialist. Fortunately, the specialist decided to do a blood test before putting me through a bunch of tests for nothing. I was pregnant!
(Needless to say, I found a new dr., as that one should have definitely done blood work since the dizziness was caused from being anemic
)
I know the new tests are much more accurate, but I would get a blood test to be sure. In fact, a CBC work-up would be good in case something else is wrong.
