Try eating crackers when you first get up and see if that helps. Ginger is also really good for nausea. I deal with this all the time because I have Crohn's Disease, and I know it's not fun. If this continues, you may want to go to the dr. There are so many different things that could be causing it, it's best to get it checked out. I hope you feel better. |
