Well, I've figured out that if Hootie doesn't eat enough, she'll act like this. I have to make sure I give her a big treat at night before she goes to bed and first thing in the morning right after she goes potty. If I don't, around mid-afternoon/early evening she starts shaking and throwing up white foamy/yellow bile stuff. But making sure she eats enough has seemed to cure the problem!

And I have had her tested for liver shunts. She's fine in that department, thank goodness!
