I do think getting him a friend may help.
Rocky still won't give kisses, I'm always trying to bribe him into giving me a kiss, I wonder if this is cause of his up-bringing.

Not all Yorkies give kisses. I have a couple that I raised from pups that rarely give kisses while others just want to kiss all the time. I think it just depends on personality.
