Oh Gosh I wish I could help you. I have not gone through this, but I would probably call my Vet. Bloody, and Diarrhea, just don't seem to go together in my book, especially when she is due for puppies. I would call my Vet, and see what they say, and is there anyone that can watch her if you have to go to work? Poor baby. Here's wish you good luck. I will say prayers for you and Rose.
