Not sure exactly what it is. Bloody diarrhea is never a 'good' thing. Have you checked her temperature? Are you sure of your counting? It may or may not be associated with her pregnancy. I've never had that with any of my girls but I wouldn't leave a girl that far along and having bloody diarrhea alone. I've given my dogs a couple of cc's of kaopectate for diarrhea before. I think in your circumstance I'd forget work and call the vet. Even if he thinks it's nothing serious, I'd still want to be home with her, just in case.
