Not sure if I have given this info before or not. The book I bought on yorkies suggested you never let them use your hands for play. So, when Chloe bit as a puppy I put my palms up and said I'm not your toy, would go get hers and spend time playing. Every time she'd do it again, palms up, "I'm not your toy, let's get your toy and play". Eventually she got it. Make everyone in your family do that. I crate at night, with success, but during the day, I'd get her out of the crate, into a a safe area where she can play and sleep. Many people use a playpen. I'm sure it is possible this dog just won't work out, would the breeder trade her? Have you considered this breed just isn't for you. Since your circumstance have changed, perhaps you just don't have the attention time this breed needs. And, when that happens, yorkies find a way to get noticed, even in a bad way. It's more than the basic of feeding, housebreaking, training, etc.
