I make belly bands that are fabric and you use a maxi pad or an incontinence pad inside. The pads are disposable, but the belly band which holds it in place is washable. If you change the pads often (a couple of times a day or so depending on how often you take them outside the belly bands will stay clean for several days before you would have to wash it. I don't know of anywhere that the entire belly band is disposable, unless you like to throw money away
by throwing them away as they are used.
