Not sure if you are addressing
my 'example,' but if you are you couldn't be more wrong. Kasey was in fact not the runt of the litter and was not born with any health issues, nor does he have any now. It would be a true "misconception" to assume that is always the case. In any case, either instance would still be the same end result--a tiny adult is a tiny adult, regardless to 'why' and the care that has to be given to them is the same.
