I know, maybe I worded it wrong. All I meant was that he may have some products that are really good, like you said his washable pads are really good, and that's ok, but that I really thought I was getting a "First Quality" disposable pad and I honestly got "Poor Quality" and that I normally wouldn't comment on a product unless I had experienced it, kinda like I won't really give 'convincing' advice to someone if I myself have never been through it.
