Mandee...that's not what the court is saying...it said they removed the children BEFORE there was any knowledge of imminent danger. That's all this ruling was over....the children were not removed legally.
It's similar to ME calling cps on YOU...and the government marching over and immediately removing your daughter without any proof.
I don't agree with their practices...but honestly I have conflicted emotions on how this was handled.
