That's too bad that you had bad luck with them...my experience was just the opposite. I ordered 12 small and 12 large washable potty pads, I got a super deal (way less than half of the cost at the medical supply store) and they were delivered within a few days via Fed-Ex. I never bought the disposable pads but I am happy with their washable pads and will buy from them again. I talked with them by phone more than once and always had a friendly, helpful person on the other end.
