The growth chart is basically a guideline to go by, but it isn't completely accurate. Jake was 1 lb. 10 oz. at 10 weeks, and he is now 4 1/2 lbs. full grown. Jackson was a little over 2 lbs. at 10 weeks, and he is 9 mos. old now and 6 1/2 lbs. It's really hard to predict.
