First of all he is just the cutest little bundle of fur!

Second, it looks like he is trying to reach his behind with his mouth, to scratch or pull at something. Tina does this a lot because she is a little too pudgy to reach her rump. I don't think it is too serious because he is still acting playful. That is awesome that your vet has doggy daycare! Let us know what you find out!
