Yes, your two can play together just fine. Bouncer's 4 best friends are a golden retriever, great dane/lab mix, pit pull, and a 26 lb. mutt. And they all play just fine with him. I can even leave him alone with all 4 of them and come back an hour later and he's fine and dandy. Just give them some supervised play time and be sure to let your lab know what isn't acceptable when he does something he shouldn't and do this with your little baby as well. Soon enough you'll have no worries.
