I don't get the point of it either.
You still have to pick it up. On the infomercial they showed someone stepping in it (and thus freezing it would prevent that from happening). Well, wouldn't you have that same problem anyway? You'd have to not step in it before you sprayed it (does that make sense?). Pointless.
