Ahhhh, you sound like such a good mommy. It's just like when our children have to have their vaccinations and we know it is going to hurt them. It is for their own good but that doesn't take away the guilt that we are deliberately choosing to hurt them. Then if they have a reaction to the shot, we feel more guilty. It's a vicious circle. We know they will get better, but in the mean-time.......
