"My cats liked the product. I however, hated it! I had to completely disassemble and scrub it down weekly and you have to buy the kit with all the scrub brushes in it or you can't get into all the nooks and crannies. If you let it go for more than a week, it starts growing black mold in every corner. THEN, the filter molds at warp speed and you continually are buying new filters. I found it a whole lot easier to just turn on the kitchen faucet when Toby wants a "sink drink" than continually mess w/ this fountain!"
but that was like the only bad review
someone else said they just got a qtip and cleaned the crevices
