I broke my ankle several years ago missing the bottom step on my sisters porch. All I can remember is that when I hit the ground.....THEIR WAS NO MISTAKING that my ankle broke...I was sick to my stomach instantly! My DH kept telling me it was a bad sprain...so I did not go to the doctor...listed to him. The next morning I could not walk and it was black and blue and I could not even stand the sheet on the bed to touch it.

I hope it is not broke...it's a pain in the butt in a cast that is for sure!
