I think Horatio is a nice looking man, but it's more about the way he talks than anything else. He isn't a "doll", but a nice cop, sensitive, and yet when he has to be mean, he can.
I am hoping Ryan has nothing to do with it all. I think he has someone elses phone, and it went off, and he saw "it's done", and yet has no idea what that means. (I'm probably wrong, but I can hope)
