A 7lb. male yorkie may be too large to breed unless he has some outstanding qualities. Take a look at his pedigree and check out the past 3 to 5 generations and see what size his ancestors are.

It helps to study his background and see what kind of puppies he would throw (size, typiness, ear set, frame, temperament etc.) He may happen to be an exception and be large, but if after studying his ancestry, you happen to find that to be the normal size, then it may not be a good idea.

Even small males can sometimes produce large pups because it's in their background. Time to do some homework, if you are serious. Personally, I prefer to breed top quality dogs and produce something for show.
