For puppies...I suggest break away collars.

All three of mine go to work each and every day....now I do not EVER expect one of them to go outside of this building...but just in case...those collars are on. All are properly identified and licensed.

As a side note...should any animal here be picked up by animal control..or turned into animal control...with a collar they are held for 10 days...without it goes down to 5.
