Unfortunately... you have to start over again
I've had the same problem with Meka twice before and that pretty much is the only way to do it. If she has freedom in your home, you have to take it from her until she's proven herself. Confine her to her area, when you are not able to keep an eye on her. Try buying some training aides for additional help. Spray it in the places that she shouldnt go potty... And be persistant.... Its the only way
