My husband picked her up and looked at her bottom to see if any was stuck and he thinks the brownish blood is actually coming from right around the outside of her bottom. Is it possible for a puppy to produce a hemroid from pushing hard or to tear something???? We don't think the blood is enternal because the poop doesn't have a trace of it.

She is eating... nursing with mom and getting goats milk from us to fatten her up since she is the smallest. No temp and no more vomit since yesterday morning.

Is there something I can do to help her poop. Waiting for another call back from the vet to get his opinion as well.
You need to give her some karo syrup and water with a syringe or dropper and that will help soften her stool. Did you see any stool? Keep in mind that puppies that have coccidia will also strain and have nothing come out but gooey stuff and some blood. Is she wet and gooey around her bottom, stinky smelling or is her bottom dry?
