OMG! I'm so sorry that happened. I'm so scared for my baby now because she's always chewing on her dog tags and I never take her collar off. I just tell her to stop when I see her. I'm going to take them off from now on and just let her wear it when she goes outside. I do walk her on a harness though and not by her collar.
I'm glad your baby is doing ok. We have to be real careful with our babies.
