Peanut was pretty much pad trained when we got her. She had very few accidents.

Now she seems to be getting worse by the day. She rarely poops on her pad anymore, and she has been peeing frequently on pillows, blankets and the floor.

The problem is that she has most of these accidents when we're not looking, so we can't scold her. When we do catch her, we yell "no," grab her and put her in her pen for a time-out. We also praise her whenever we catch her going on her pee pad, but she doesn't seem to be getting the message, positive or negative.

I'm not sure what else we can do. Any advice?
