Hello and welcome. Your new baby is still quite young and it's going to be hard for her to control it already..it will take time and a lot of consistency and patience on your part. Find a spot in the house to confine her, maybe with a baby gate....maybe the kitchen. Put some puppy training pads(about 2) in one corner and her bed, food/water bowl in another..and of course some toys. Not sure if you are potty training strictly on the pads or outside also. Make sure you are taking her outside frequently. Give her a lot of praise when she does go on the pads(or outside) and she will eventually get the hang of it.
