The only time i've ever blocked my number was when I was drunk and wanted to call an ex or something.. of course it totally defeats the purpose one they pick up and i start talking and they know who it is.
I'm thinking the person blocked their # b/c they didn't think i'd pic up if I saw their name on caller ID.. but i ended up not picking up anyway..
