I have a 13 1/2 yo Yorkie and she was having full blown accidents, she would be walking to go outside and she would pee as she walked.
I finally took her to a holistic vet a friend of mine suggested and he put her on this chinese herb for about 3-4 weeks and she hasn't had an accident since. That was in Feb. So far still good.

You might want to give it a try, If you have one close by.
