Canon..love them.
I've started with a Canon SD10, then SD 500...all wonderful.
Now I have a Titanium Canon Ixus 900 ((It's 10.0 Mega pixels))-- A gift from DH last fall. 
It's pretty compact in size and works wonderfully with a million different features.
