I have never heard of treating coccidia with amoxicillin. Most vets use albon. I would be very concerned too if I had seen blood from the rectum. I missed that earlier. Your puppy is 5 weeks old and it is time for her to start eating some solid food and water. I am concerned that there could be something else going on. Follow your vets advice and if she continues to have any problems then take her back right away....don't wait. We will be praying for your little girl.
