Well it seems to me that your roommate doesn't have time for a dog, and should find her new owners that can provide the time to care for her properly. But I know that's not up to us to say or to make her do. I just had to get it out of my system.
But I don't really know of any other solutions, other than what Chachi recomended. Give it a try. I feel so badly for poor Daphne too. |
