When we got Pippin we had a older lab. They couldn't play because if Beau tried to play he stepped on him. Beau had to be PTS because his hips gave out. I didn't think I would get over that. I was looking for another dog to keep Pippin company. I knew I didn't need another dog and didn't need the expense of getting his shots and having him fixed. I saw this ad for a yorkie mix. When I called the girl she picked up that I was looking for a yorkie. She said his mother was a yorkie and his dad may or may not be a yorkie. If you look at Marley he looks all Shih Tsu. I was hurting having lost Beau. My daughters who knew we didn't need another dog saw Marley and he had Beau's markings. We ended up bringing Marley home and it was the best thing we have ever done. Marley will never replace Beau. Their personalities are nothing alike but he makes Pippin and my girls happy. |
