If a puppy is exposed to coccidia shorty after birth, say the mom had coccidia and had an outbreak of diarrhea right after the puppies are born, then the puppies could start showing symptoms as early as two weeks of age. It is common for puppies to get it around 3 to 4 weeks old. It is also possible the puppies could have worms. You can start giving Albon at 3 or 4 weeks. I would highly recommend the pups be checked by a vet to rule out worms or coccidia.
