Yes soft stools can quickly turn to diarrhea,
And if they get vomiting and diarrhea you can lose them fast at this young of age.
I was shocked when the puppy flu went thru a litter I had before.
(tested Neg on coccidia and other things)
I lost a 8 month old And another little puppy in a matter of hours.
I really think I'd take them to the vets too.
