I've recently bought a box of pee pads that were advertised to be of top quality with fluff fill. To my dismay the seller sent me a box of pads with 2 layers of thin tissue. The quality was horrible and I requested a refund but he never replied back. When I filed a dispute on paypal he told me to send the item back. The box of pads cost $30 and to ship it back costs $22. And another thing is after I won the auction he hand delivered it to me. But he refused to let me drop it off, stating I must provide a tracking number.

I've bought alot of pads from ebay and this is really just the worst. His ebay username is: bhmedwear

Hope no one else on YT gets ripped off by this seller.
