I've been checking the better business bureau and rippoffreport and well UofP dones't have a good rep and nether does Kaplan. I'm more then slightly worried about how there's over 25 reports each about finical aid being messed up and people getting sued over loans and pell grants that were not applied to their education. I'll look into Everest, wvmentor.org says they've got a local campu. and offer the legal studies I want online.
